[ZINC TO DEFENCE STANDARD 03-20/3 BS 3382 PT. 2 BS EN 12329]

Low cost protection against atmospheric corrosion. Similar but cheaper than Cadmium. Brighter in appearance. For use on fastenings, chassis. For cosmetic applications, used with clear passivation. For full protection or painting, coloured passivation is recommended. Also black passivation is available.

RoHS Compliant passivates are also available which conforms with BS EN 12329
